AirplanesUSA Aircraft Sales of San Francisco presents this clean, very well cared for Mooney M20C Series Mark 21.
The airplane was owned by the same individual from 1975 until we helped him sell it to another Northern California client in 2016. It has been stored in the dry environment of San Jose, and Sonoma Valley, California for more than 4 decades.
The current owner took the aircraft to LASAR in Clear Lake, CA for the 2017 annual - this is one of the most recognized and meticulous Mooney service centers in the country. In addition to the 2018 annual, LASAR has performed other recent maintenance work on the plane, to include the recent ADS-B upgrade.
With a low time factory overhauled engine, a brand new factory 3 blade propeller, a custom wood grain instrument panel, and maintenance by one of the finest general aviation maintenance shops available, this plane needs nothing and is ready to fly to a new home. The seller is upgrading to a late model Mooney.
The aircraft is hangered in Sonoma Valley, CA.
This is a wonderful time builder, first complex airplane, or inexpensive cross country travelling machine.
Dual instruction, export and worldwide delivery are available.
All trades considered.
