This fabulous STC conversion adds a forward canard wing and 260 hp Continental IO470 engine with a 2000 hour TBO.
The result is an airplane with incredible short field performance and cruise speed of a retractable plane.

Peterson Modification which includes a 260hp engine, canards that reduce the takeoff distance to 300 feet, and a cruise speed of 145 knots!
No known damage history.
FAA incident report shows an engine seizure after takeoff followed by a forced landing at Hunts Field on 12/17/1993. Logs show no record of the incident nor any associated damage to the aircraft. The engine has since been replaced.
Complete and Original Airframe and Engine Logs, Propeller Logs Prior to 1993 are missing.
