This aircraft has been its owner's cherished "pride and joy" for many years. He stopped flying her in 2007 when his business began keeping him mostly overseas. Meanwhile, as always, he kept her hangared in anticipation of flying her once again. But, that now seems unlikely. Hence, the sale.
