Aircraft was disassembled and restored in OCT 2008.  Recovered and repainted using the Stits Poly-Fiber process with Aerothane.  Stunning!  Hangared in dry climate since restoration.

Airframe logs prior to restoration are missing.

The wings were replaced by factory-new American Champion metal wings (Model 7-1567, Serial # 506-05) and heavy-duty struts (Model 5-433) were installed.
