SOLD!

1975 Piper Aztec E :

Here is a low-time airframe Piper Aztec being offered at below its  wholesale price!  (The Aircraft Blue Book average retail value for this airplane is $90,500 with an actual wholesale value of $71,200.)

This Aztec‘s owner has owned this airplane for the past 20 years and is passing on the baton now due to health reasons.  He has created a golden opportunity for someone to own a 6-passenger, twin-engine Aztec at a super low rock-bottom price !!

This is an "out-of-this-world" deal that should make anyone flip!

The airplane has a useful load of around 2,000 lbs. with plenty of elbow room inside.  The "E" models were given a stretched fuselage and bigger nose with a larger baggage compartment with room for a radar.  Plus, you will find a widened elevator for better performance at slower speeds.

This is a good airplane that just has not flown much recently.  So, as you might expect, the airplane does need some cosmetic "TLC".  Currently, it is an overall 7 in and 7 out, but it could easily be brought up to an 8 or better with a wash/wax,  replacement glass, and new carpet.

The engines start right up and have another 250 hours before reaching their TBO‘s of 2,000 hours.  N85RJ‘s annual inspection status expired last year.  There would be new AD since that has to do with inspecting the flap control torque tube.

If you could picture this Aztec with a new paint job and overhauled engines on its already low-time airframe (down the road a bit), you would have more than DOUBLED your current investment!  So, how‘s that for almost-FREE multi-engine flying?

Piper Aztec‘s, in general, are known to be reliable airplanes that are easy to maintain and are much sought after.  In fact, they are also appreciating in value!  The Spring 2005 edition of the Aircraft Blue Book saw this model‘s value increase by $9,000!!

This Aztec‘s owner is not asking for much here.  In fact, he has already taken the "guess" work out of the airplane‘s pricing by providing a FIRM low price that both you and he can feel comfortable with.  So, the first $65K takes it!

We will be happy to try to assist you in any way that we can with any arrangements that you may need.  However, please understand that N85RJ is being sold "as-is, where is".  Thank you.
